No Kill Eye Gallery presents traditional literature by Erdman featuring elements of epic mythology, action-adventure, intrigue and mysticism, and periodical articles and essays by Alysyn Chayns featuring humor, esoteric stream of consciousness, rant, and occasional diversions into the realm of baffling obscurity. Though dramatic departures in style, composition and content establish a conspicuous distinction, the two collections share common core themes of fanatical asceticism and minimalism, contrarianism, malcontent, and repudiation of a fabricated reality concocted by imposter humanity. Two methods and styles draw the same conclusion in rejection of archaic superstition and preconditioned ideology, and never look back again.

   ERDMAN GALLERY

The Erdman Gallery collection features traditional epic storytelling combining complimentary elements of mythology, action-adventure, intrigue and mysticism in a volatile world of utopian paradises, grandiose enterprises and enigmatic characters. Idealism, superstition, faith and charisma contend for self-determination in an uncompromising and harrowing descent into the pathology of fanaticism and the complexity of motive.

   CHAYNS GALLERY

The Alysyn Chayns Gallery features humor, commentary, speculation and rant with an emphasis on the principle topics of current events, politics, economics, philosophy and theology as well as some peripheral focus on cinema, music and media. Sarcasm, rhetoric, fanatic contrarianism and contentious disparagement highlight a catalogue so provocative as to offend every sensitivity and sensibility with an apocalyptic revocation of conventional logic.

   Message from No Kill Eye:

For some mysterious reason, the message board date is stuck on December 3, 2005. (I overwrote the date stamp on the last message (above) to reflect the approximate actual time of posting.) The last entry from Tony Danza no doubt refers to the recent shut down of the No Kill Eye Gallery website. We shut down the website throughout the summer and autumn of 2006 for multiple reasons including but not limited to: 1. We reconstructed the site in its entirety after finally realizing what a horribly amateurish embarrassment the original design was. I am sure we do not yet represent the height of professionalism but we are all quite proud of the improvements. 2. Erdman subjected True Believers Volume I to a drastic rewrite and with the return of the website in November, 2006, introduced the recently completed Volume II as well as a first chapter preview of Volume III. 3. Chayns took the opportunity to conduct a proofread on 100% of his material and a thorough content review as well. Several articles have been rewritten and a couple even deleted. (Chayns claims to have come very close to deleting the first four volumes of the series because “some of it is so bad” but ultimately decided to face fair criticism and humiliation as well as avoid the technical difficulties of renumbering the series and explaining the eliminations.) Chayns also introduced three new titles, marking the completion of the epic original trademark series title.

We hope all this meets with your approval, and No Kill Eye Version 2.0 forges ahead with a full head of steam into a bold new future where we actually get three hits (even though Chayns threatens to leave the website if it gets “too many hits”). So tell your friends and please post a comment on the message board. (The new message board coming early 2007 will be really cool and maybe even function more like a blog.)

Message #2 from No Kill Eye:

For any regular visitors it ought to be obvious by now we made some estimations about the arrival of certain message board and blog functions that still as of yet have not quite materialized. In the meantime, Chayns introduced four new books (three of which still as of yet have not quite materialized even though his usual collection of critics evidently already know the contents thereof through some apparent form of clairvoyance, to the extent they are comfortable rendering a comment), and in addition, Erdman once again has embarked on a drastic rewrite, this time even changing the title.

We hope our latest design modifications make your visit more pleasurable. The odyssey continues and we press on undaunted by delays and difficulties. The transformation is the most critical part of the process, and in response to the previous inquiry from Tony Danza (posted above), “How long does it take to put some content on your page?” An eternity, Tony. It takes an eternity.

Message #3 from No Kill Eye:

Okay, so we finally decided the whole blog thing is a bit farfetched and not really what we want anyway. We settled on an incredibly simplistic free service that provides what they call a “guestbook” (by 123Guestbook) and I assure you, it was not a pleasant experience sorting through the hundreds of worthless free products out there to find it, but the worst part is over and now we have a few message boards spread around the site to solicit comments. The first two volumes by Erdman have been pushed back but are still close to posting as is the new Chayns book, “Hungry (as a MoFo)” (which is clearly his most brilliant work so far), and we are thrilled to add our new “companion” website, also only moments away from completion. (At this point, we are coordinating all three additions to occur together for maximum impact.) We figure the aforementioned content will put us right about where we should have been about two years ago, which will put us about four years ahead of where we were last week.

The No Kill Eye Gallery conducts virtually no marketing and though our number of hits is quite small for two years of operation, we consider our hits all high quality word of mouth hits (as opposed to thousands of browsers that might stumble in accidentally and leave three seconds later without looking at anything). If you visit regularly, consider yourself a privileged member of an extremely obscure secret society, (or a really pathetic weirdo). We are very close to loading up on a wider variety of some pretty decent quality content and after that, it will only get bigger and better from now on. Thanks for your support.

(P.S. No, you are not imagining things nor is your eyesight failing. The Chayns main page has been redecorated in what Chayns fondly refers to as the putrid murky zombie green color palette. We hope you love it as much as he loves it.)
